Writing a Postcard

Click on this link and look at the example.

Find an image of a place you have been. Copy the URL to a Word document. Write a postcard to a friend, using textbook p.60 as a guide. Then sign into Kingswaypreint Wikidot. Click on your name, then 'edit'. Change the title of the page to the name of the place you went to. Paste the text in and use the small green box "insert image" to insert the link to the image of the place you went to. Then click the other small green box "insert image wizard", click 'external image URL', check the photo and click 'insert code'. Then Save your postcard. Now your friends can read it on-line!

Open a Word document and write 150 words about "My lifestyle in my home country compared to my lifestyle in Australia". Home Country = generally = present simple. Australia = short time period = present continuous. Then sign up or log in to this page, click on your name and copy and paste your story to this website. Topics: what your job is, how much money you make, where you live, who you live with, what you eat, how much free time you have, what you do in your free time, how much sleep you get, how often you see your friends.
